4 minute Pita Chips!


We're all about easy, nutritious snacks. This recipe actually came from Stephanie's dad,

who used to make these kid-friendly snacks when she was younger! A much healthier and more affordable alternative to store-bought chips. Plus, you can get creative with the dips. We like to make hummus, but you can also use tzatziki, salsa, guacamole, and more!

Ingredients:

Whole Wheat Pita Bread

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper

Other spices (optional): cayenne pepper, paprika, nutritional yeast

Directions:

  1. Cut pita bread into 8 triangles. Rip the triangles in the middle so you have 16 triangles per pita

  2. Place on baking sheet, drizzle with oil and season with salt, pepper, and any spices

  3. Bake at 375 Fahrenheit for 4 minutes, or until desired crispiness

  4. Enjoy!
