1/3 cup frozen pineapple
1/3 cup frozen mango
1/3 frozen banana
1 Tbsp turmeric powder
Unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
Vanilla protein powder
1 spoonful coconut yogurt (or preferred yogurt)
1 cup ice
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
