Loaded Breakfast Wrap

This right here is the ULTIMATE loaded breakfast wrap! It might look like a lot of work to make but we can assure you that this baby can be easily whipped up even on the busiest of mornings! If you are someone who loves a savoury breakfast you MUST try this wrap out. It is loaded with protein from the scrambled eggs, healthy fats from the avocado and fibre from the tomato and tortilla wrap. But the number one ingredient in this wrap that really takes it to a whole other level is the hash brown patties! We used mini hash brown patties but you could also use a regular-sized one and cut it in half.

  • 1 tortilla wrap

  • 1-2 tsp sriracha mayo (1 part sriracha to 2 parts mayo)

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • 1 small roma tomato, sliced

  • 3 frozen mini hash brown patties (or 1 regular sized)

  • 2 eggs, scrambled

  • Sprinkle of everything but the bagel seasoning (or seasoning of choice)

  • Drizzle of ketchup

  • Optional: additional drizzle of sriracha


  1. Pop the hashbrown patties in the air fryer or toaster oven and cook until crispy (~ 5 mins).

  2. Scramble your two eggs.

  3. Spread sriracha mayo on tortilla.

  4. Add sliced avo, tomato and top with seasoning of choice.

  5. Add the cooked hash brown patties on top and then the scrambled eggs.

  6. Top with ketchup, roll up the wrap and top with additional sriracha.
