These Cookie Dough Brownie Bites are not only crazy delicious but also gluten-free, vegan AND raw! These bites are packed with protein and healthy fats from the peanut butter. Ingredients
Brownie Layer:
1/4 cup peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 ½ tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
1 tbsp almond flour (or other flour)
1 ½ tbsp protein powder of choice (or another 1 ½ tbsp of flour)
Pinch of salt
Cookie Dough Layer:
1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
3 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
2 tbsp almond flour (or other flour)
2 tbsp protein powder of choice (or another 2 tbsp of flour)
Recipe
Brownie Layer:
Place all brownie ingredients in a food processor or bowl and mix until combined
Divide the brownie mix into a muffin tray
Cookie Dough Layer:
Place all cookie dough ingredients in a food processor or bowl and mix until combined
Press a layer of dough on top of the brownie layer
Place the muffin tray in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours
Before serving, let the brownie bites sit on the counter for at least 5 minutes so they can soften up (or put in the microwave for 5 seconds)
Store in an air-tight container in the freezer
