Flourless Pumpkin Pancakes

This pancake recipe is perfect for this holiday season! (Or any season...)



These pancakes are going to be your new weekend favorite! Made with natural ingredients and fall flavors, your family is going to LOVE them!


Ingredients:


¾ cup pumpkin puree

2 eggs

⅔ cup plant milk of choice

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

1 ½ cups oats

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions:


Blend ingredients together until the batter is smooth

Coat your cooking pan with olive oil or coconut oil

Spoon ~1/3 cup of batter into the pan and cook over medium heat until both sides are slightly golden brown around the edges.
