Chocolate-PB Soft Serve with a Chocolate Shell

Who else is having mixed feelings about it being autumn?! We are definitely going to miss the sunshine and all the delicious fresh fruits that summer brings. Still, we are equally excited about the crisp fall air and cozy recipes we want to share with you all. This chocolate-pb soft serve is serving as our farewell recipe to summer but that doesnt mean you can’t enjoy it all year long!! Freeze those bananas that ripened too quickly in the heat to make sure you can enjoy this delicious recipe in the future.

Servings: 1


Soft Serve:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 date

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • ½ tsp cocoa powder

  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt

  • splash of milk (if necessary to help blend)

Chocolate Shell:

  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil


  1. Add all the soft serve ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Add the soft serve to a bowl and place it in the freezer for 5 minutes.

  3. Microwave the chocolate and coconut oil together and pour over the soft serve. Wait till the chocolate hardens (it should take around 1 minute) and dig in.
