Although this mousse is excellent on its own, you can take it to the next level by adding some toppings. I recommend adding fresh fruit of your choice. This recipe makes about 4 ¼ cup servings. The avocado mousse can be stored in the fridge for 2-4 days. But chances are it will be gone long before that because it is just that delicious!

Two medium-sized ripe avocados
One ripe banana
Two tablespoons of cocoa powder
½ cup of pure maple syrup
¼ cup of plant-based milk of your choice. (I used oat milk, but almond milk works as well - if you are not trying to keep the recipe vegan, you can use cow’s milk instead.)
Place avocados, banana, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and milk in a food processor.
Blend ingredients until silky and smooth.
