3 tbsp coconut oil, melted and cooled
1/3 cup raw cocoa powder
2 tbsp almond flour
pinch flakey sea salt

extra chocolate chunks
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 F/180 C.
Mix together apple sauce, tahini, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and coconut oil in large bowl.
Fold in cocoa by the spoonful.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Using a cookie scoop or two spoons, scoop out dough into a lined baking sheet.
Add chocolate chunks to top and sprinkle with sea salt.
Gently press down on each piece of dough with spoon or fork until 2" in diameter.
Bake until done, around 12-13 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool further.
Enjoy!
Store the rest in an airtight container in your pantry.
