Lily Barrett(she/her)

Registered Dietitian

Lily is a registered dietitian with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia. After completing her Master’s in Nutrition in 2021 from the University of Guelph Ontario, she has been working in nutrition care in both a clinical and outpatient setting at B.C. Children’s Hospital. 

Lily has experience in a variety of different areas including gastrointestinal diseases management, chronic disease prevention and management including type 2 diabetes & pre-diabetes, kidney disease management, pediatric intensive care unit, pediatric cardiology unit, and ketogenic diet for epilepsy control. Working closely with individuals and families, Lily always strives to provide the most client centered care to help individuals achieve their goals! 

 

Lily believes in a science-led approach to nutrition, while also making sure recommendations are realistic and person-centered.  She pulls information from scientific studies and makes it digestible for clients to provide the most up to date nutrition information for her clients.

Lily’s goal is to empower you to take control of your choices and create the changes you want to see in your life! She offers both virtual and in-person appointments at our South Granville location.

When Lily is not working you’ll likely find her at the beach or riding her bike around town! She cannot wait to meet you soon!
